Mustang Executive Transportation ("we", "us") provides executive car service in Dallas–Fort Worth. This policy explains what we collect through mustangexec.com and what we do with it. Discretion is part of our job, and that includes your information.

What we collect

• Messages you send us. The contact form asks for your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and message.
• Reservations and quotes. Online booking and quote forms are provided by Limo Anywhere, our reservation system. What you enter there (traveler names, phone numbers, pickup details, flight numbers, payment details) is collected for us through that system, under its terms and privacy policy.
• Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and basic request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This site doesn't use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

How we use it

To answer your messages, arrange and confirm rides, set up and bill corporate accounts, and keep the records the law requires. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• The chauffeur assigned to a ride, with only the details needed to complete it.
• Service providers that run parts of our service for us: Cloudflare (website hosting), Resend (delivering contact form email) and Limo Anywhere (reservations).
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Then we delete it.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults booking travel. It isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
