What happens if the flight is delayed?
Nothing you need to handle. We track the flight and move the pickup to the real arrival time, and airport pickups include complimentary wait time.
And if it lands early?
Dispatch sees the new arrival time as soon as the airline posts it and adjusts the pickup, so the car is there when your traveler walks out.
Can I reach someone in the middle of the night?

Can I book for someone else?
Yes, that's how most of our rides are booked. Add the traveler's name and mobile number, and the flight number for airport pickups.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you know the plan. For a same-day ride, call dispatch and we'll tell you right away what we can do.
Where will the chauffeur meet us at the airport?
Book with the airline and flight number. Dispatch confirms the pickup point for DFW, Love Field or a private terminal, so your traveler knows exactly where to go.
Do you pick up at private terminals?
Yes. We serve the private aviation terminals (FBOs) at Dallas Love Field, Addison and across DFW. Tell us the FBO and tail number when you book.
Which vehicles do you have?
An Executive Sedan for up to 3 passengers, an Executive SUV for up to 6, and an Executive Sprinter for up to 14. All black, all with a professional chauffeur.
Can we keep a car for the whole day?
Yes. Book by the hour and your chauffeur stays with you, as directed, between meetings, site visits and dinner.
